Curl - How to Play
This game is a 1P vs CPU curling match. You are Red, CPU is Yellow. The match is 10 ends, 8 stones per team each end (16 shots per end).
Throw & Sweep
- Throw: In the top throw zone, press on the current stone, drag, and release.
- Sweep: After release, hold and move pointer/finger over the ice to reduce drag for nearby moving stones.
- You control only your team's turns. CPU throws and sweeps automatically on its turns.
- CPU now targets the center button and sweeps ahead of its moving stone.
- Input uses Pointer Events, so mouse and touch are both supported.
CPU Level
- Choose CPU Level from the left panel: Easy / Normal / Hard.
- Higher levels throw more accurately toward center and sweep more effectively.
Scoring (per end)
- Only one team can score in an end.
- Find the team with the stone closest to the button (house center).
- That team scores the number of its stones that are closer than the opponent's closest stone.
- The non-scoring team gets 0 for that end.
End & Match Flow
- After both teams throw all 8 stones, the end is scored.
- The scoring team throws first in the next end.
- After 10 ends, the team with higher total points wins the match.
